Lesley Islas (she/her) is native Texan from the BBQ capital of Texas and a self-proclaimed BBQ snob. She also holds strong opinions on quality coffee and tea. Lesley has worked in Early Childhood Education for 25 years as a teacher, top management and currently as an administrative assistant.
Lesley is passionate about authenticity and acceptance. She believes supporting and celebrating people of all ages and abilities exactly as they are and where they are is the key to individuals becoming the best versions of themselves.
In her free time, Lesley enjoys jamming out to music in her car, writing, listening to audiobooks, and visiting with her grandpa and his friends.
